SG Transfer Pricing Guidelines (8th Ed): Practical Insights & Applications

By RSM Singapore

Overview

Learn key updates from the 8th Edition of the Singapore TP Guidelines, insights on their impact, and how to navigate TP requirements.

IRAS continues to strengthen its focus on transfer pricing (TP) compliance in Singapore. In November, IRAS released the 8th Edition of the Singapore Transfer Pricing Guidelines (STPG), introducing enhanced expectations around documentation quality, intercompany financing, Permanent Establishments (PEs), and overall compliance requirements.

Join us as we share key updates from the 8th Edition of the STPG, provide practical insights on their implications, and discuss how businesses can navigate TP requirements with confidence. The session will also cover important considerations relating to permanent establishments and withholding tax, and highlight our TP and international tax practices.
