About The Trainer

Our trainer has 27 years of experience specializing in the field of rotating cum reciprocating machinery inspection, condition diagnosis and implementation of proactive maintenance management for various industries.

He is actively involved in many analytical design tasks, field installation, testing, commissioning, repair and diagnostic consulting services such as vibration analysis, acoustic testing, electrical machines (motor, generator), ultrasonic and infrared thermography to the industries such as power, cement, steel, ship, pulp & paper, utility, pharmaceutical and other petrochemical allied industries.

He is also involved in the implementation of machinery condition monitoring programs for companies ranging from privately owned facilities to major corporations (SRC, Syngas, DuPont, Exxon Mobil, Shell, PETRONAS, Chevron, British Petroleum, Transocean, Soxal, Air liquid etc.) and under taken independent assignment for ABB Turbine, BHEL Turbine, Flowserve Compressor / Pumps, Life Technologies (Thermo-Fisher Scientific), Triveni Turbine, Ingersoll-Rand compressor, John Crane Seals etc.

He also worked under researchers on government-sponsored testing & development projects (Singapore Air Force / Navy, GTRE, HAL, CMTI etc) and interacted with various academic / research institutions and designed and developed condition diagnostic products.

Some of his specializations are:
1) Implementation of Equipment Reliability Cantered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) program and development of corrective actions for improving equipment performance and reliability of the equipments, and developing maintenance performance metrics.
2) Training program including development of equipment troubleshooting guides/charts/practices for various disciple of CBM - Machinery Diagnostic Techniques such as vibration diagnosis, testing & control, electrical signature analysis, noise & ultrasound analysis, infrared-thermography, power quality analysis etc. to various process, manufacturing industries in Asia pacific and Middle East.
