SheRises: The Mosaic of Womanhood - Session 2 Our bodies carry stories long before we find the words for them - stories of shame, desire, tenderness, and survival. In this intimate circle, we explore how the body remembers, protects, and guides us back home to ourselves. Through grounding, guided reflection, and honest conversation, we’ll gently unpack shame, reconnect with our sensual selves, and honour the parts of us that have been overlooked. A soft, safe space for women to reclaim presence, self-trust, and wholeness. Facilitated under The Mosaic Roots Project - creating trauma-informed spaces for women to rise, heal, and belong. The facilitators are registered counsellors who are trauma-informed, grounded in ethical practice, and experienced in holding safe, non-judgmental spaces for women’s stories.
