• No ticket refunds, but conference passes are transferable in the event you are unable to attend
• In the event you have registered and are unable to attend, you will be provided with the conference documentation
• The organizers reserve the right to amend the schedule without notice
• The organizers will not be responsible for any costs incurred arising from changes or cancellations
