The workshop will be categorize into 4 sections, which covers the different stages of a development lifecycle:

1.    Application Management Practices – Targeting at how we manage the user’s business requirements against the application team. Learn about Agile in Microsoft Visual Studio. Best fit for business analysts, team leads, project managers, process quality managers.

2.    Implementation Practices – Focusing on the practices on how we can improve the dev-team’s productivity with the outcome of building quality result within the designated timeline. Learn about collaborative environment in Microsoft Visual Studio. Best fit for developers, architects, technical managers.

3.    Testing Practices – Highlighting on the importance of testing, and the various testing aspects, other than functional testing that we should be looking into. Learn about integrated testing within Microsoft Visual Studio. Best fit for QA managers, testers.

4.    Release & Deployment Practices – deployment is the last step of an application delivery, and is also the most complex and critical stage. Understand the practices to ensure a proper building, packaging and deploying of software. Learn about release management in Microsoft Visual Studio.
