It's important to warm up your body and ensure your muscles are prepared for the slope and so as to reduce the chances of injuries.

About this Event

Have a Ski/Snowboarding trip planned during winter? If so, it’s time to start preparing your body with appropriate exercises leading up to your trip! Come join us for two hours’ worth of snow conditioning exercises, along with health and safety tips for an enjoyable ski trip, and a few stretches, warm up, and warm down exercises you can do before/while on your vacation. Getting your body ready for the winter season is important and will make a huge difference as it will help you stay longer on the slopes giving you a more enjoyable experience.
