Are you not happy with how you feel about yourself?

Thinking of getting an inch/inches off your waist? Your upper arms? Your thighs? Etc

But you doesn't want to miss all your favourite food. Plus, too busy working, OT, dating, meeting up with friends spending with friends, and has little time to rest and spend on your own. How do you manage a weight management programme? How do you find time to exercise?


Fret not. NOW, we are going to introduce to you a simple, easy to follow ways, with great encouragement and support from the community, we even share recipes - vegetarians, non vegetarians, menu of different races.

We will also organise sessions to do exercises together. We will introduce a set of exercise, you only need half an hour a day to follow the procedures. You can do it anytime, anywhere, at your own comfort. But according to statistic, many didn't successful attain their goal or maintain the desire weight or body shape were due to the lack of determination or perservance. So doing it in a group, multiple the successful rates and may attained the results we wanted earlier as we keep each other in check or through remainder.
