SMS with National Museum of Singapore

The museum is currently developing a series of senior initiatives that will be rolled out in 2021. In the lead up to this, we would like to invite senior groups to participate in a trial run of our senior programmes.

For the participating seniors, this will likely be a 2- to 2.5-hour experience, including the time for a self-led tour of the galleries (a guidebook will be provided) and the opportunity to record their memories.

This would also be a good opportunity for you to share more about how the museum and its programmes can be better tailored to seniors.

Tentative slots: postponed until further notice

Time: 10am to 12.30pm

Venue: National Museum of Singapore, 93 Stamford Rd, Singapore 178897 

Registration is required due to a limited number of participants per slot. Confirmed participants will be notified of your slot via email.

In view of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) situation and for the safety of our participants and staff, we will be conducting temperature screening at the start of the programme. As part of our precautionary measures, we will also be collecting your contact details such as their full name and contact number. The museum has also increased the frequency of cleaning at our public spaces, as part of the precautionary measures taken for the safety of our visitors. - NMS

During these sessions, photographs of the seniors’ participation in the programmes may be taken. NMS will also be collecting feedback, which includes information such as the participant’s age, gender, and experience at the museum.

These sessions will be conducted in English and are open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
