SoleMates Highball Run

Chimi’s Marina Bay brings you the next instalment of SoleMates “boozy” themed runs. Following the success of SoleMates Beer, Gin and Aperol run, SoleMates Highball Run will kick off on 6th February.

SoleMates Highball Run takes you on a picturesque evening run around the bay featuring rest stops at partnering F&B venues such as JustIN Flavours of Asia at Marina Bay Sands, Mischief at The Esplanade, Bayside Drinks & Eats at One Fullerton and Chimi’s Marina Bay. Participants enjoy a different specially concocted highball at each location.

SoleMates is a self-guided run that kicks off at Chimi’s Marina Bay, where each participant will register and receive a SoleMates Highball Run card that will include the SoleMates running route and F&B stops to redeem their Highballs.

How will SoleMates Highball Run work?

Participants must be a minimum age of 18 years old. They must be fully vaccinated to attend since the rest stops include restaurants.

Ticket: $38 NETT, includes a total of 4 Highballs (1 specially concocted highball per location)

Date: Every Sunday

Starts: 5PM

Ends: 7PM, depending on one’s own pace but you’ll need to finish by 7PM

Registration: Chimi’s Marina Bay, located at 1 Marina Boulevard #01-01, NTUC Centre

All participants must be 18 or older

Must I be fully vaccinated to join in the run?

Yes since the run consists of restaurants as rest stops. A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the 2nd shot of the Pfizer-BioNTech/ Comirnaty, Moderna, Sinovac, Sinopharm and AstraZeneca vaccines. Proof of completed vaccination is required through TraceTogether/HealthHub app or physical vaccination record at each stop.

What happens if it rains?

Nobody likes rain on their parade! But as an outdoor run, SoleMates is vulnerable. We will go ahead in most weather conditions, including light, intermittent or potential rain. However if it is heavy rain with chances of lightning, then the run will be rescheduled. The buyer may use the ticket on any other date of the run (arrangement to be made with us).

How and when will I find out about a cancellation?

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. We will be monitoring ground conditions (please bear in mind that conditions on site may differ to what you are experiencing at home). We try to cancel as early as possible, but the decision is rarely made hours before the run. Since the weather can turn unexpectedly, cancellations will be made at 4pm.

In the rare event that a session is cancelled, ticket holders will receive an SMS. Please assume the session is going ahead, unless you receive the official notification. If you decide not to attend without receiving notice, your tickets will be forfeited.
