JOURNEY TO SELF COLLAGE: INNER HERO

What to expect: Breathwork and guided meditation to connect to your inner hero followed by instructions to create your collages intuitively and to read the wonderful message that are uniquely yours.

Why:

This is the third installment of Soul Alchemy's Journey to Self collage workshop series. These weekly workshops allow you to dive into the different layers of ourself. We connect to the different aspects of our identity and expression, some we have forgotten about and hidden away, some we are completely an aware of and some we already love and nourish.

This week we focus on the INNER WARRIOR - connecting to your selfless service, genuine humility, strength of experiential “knowing,” courage to do what is “right” even when it is a personal challenge to do so, maintaining and supporting established systems and forms without rigidity, loyal to a greater good beyond personal gain.

Our Inner Warrior fights the good fight in favor of benefiting the greater good and making life more fulfilling for everyone, promptly responding to requests of service showing respect to all - elders, other men, women, and children, animals and the earth. Responding from the heart without Ego-personality selfishness.

Collaging intuitively invites imagery to express the story of your inner world. Allowing your intuition to tell your story and communicate helping you heal, grown and learn. It requires no art experience and only asks that you surrender to the practice.

This is a purely digital workshop and requires no kit. All you need is paper (A4 or larger), scissors, glue and a selection of magazines, leaflets, postcards and brochures that you have lying around at home.

If you would like to keep doing this series of Journey To Self collage workshops, I would suggest getting a A3 sktech book so you can keep all your collages together as a wonderful journal dedicating to getting to know yourself better.

Where: Digitally over ZOOM. You will receive an email with meeting details.

When: Saturday 6 June starting at 1pm promptly (Singapore time), the room will open ten minutes early at 12:50pm.

Can't join the live workshop? not a problem, we can send you the class video to do at your own time.

Workshop prep: Get cosy and create you own sacred space – gather your favourite essential oils, crystals, light a candle. This is your time for you and to connect to yourself. You will also need space this can be a table or on the floor to create. You will need paper (A4 or larger), scissors, glue and a selection of magazines, leaflets, postcards and brochures that you have lying around at home.
