Discover how to carry and present yourself for all occasions - at work and socially. The way we hold ourselves speaks volumes and impressions are made within seconds.

So it's all the more important we understand how we communicate and represent the best of ourselves.

It starts with an awareness, working gradually in a fun way through dance, until it becomes naturally to us. At ease and self-assured, from within, emanating outwards.

It's always a good time to explore new experiences. Spanish Dance for Elegance and Posture is an online series (suitable from home or wherever you are).

  • Well-being for the body with physical exercise. Plus, develop body awareness and assurance
  • Apply lessons from dance into your life, and any occasion.
  • Uplifting heart and soul, with music, artistry and vibrant self-expression
  • And simply, have fun and enjoy yourself!

This class is suitable for:

  • Anyone keen on self-presentation, self-improvement.
  • You do not need to be a dancer.
  • Busy bees needing the convenience of time
  • Small class sizes, so that I can coach and correct each student with detail.
  • Private classes, one-on-one available too. Contact Tania to schedule, and tailor to your needs.

General Schedule

  • Saturdays: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
  • All times indicated are Singapore time. (Students are welcomed to join internationally)
  • The above is a general schedule. A couple of days have variations, so do check the time of the class before you book.
