It's Sunday evening and you have the week ahead to 'deal with. Why not relax and recharge your body with soothing Spanish Dance melodies. Move and feel. It's the natural booster for our moods, giving us a sense of well-being, calling up the dopamine to make us feel happy and motivated!

It's always a good time to explore new experiences. Spanish Dance for Relaxation is an online series (suitable from home or wherever you are).

  • Well-being for the body with physical exercise. Plus, develop body awareness and natural mood booster by keeping the body moving and feeling alive!
  • Uplifting heart and soul, with music, artistry and vibrant self-expression
  • And simply, have fun and enjoy yourself!

This class is suitable for:

  • Anyone and everyone!
  • You do not need to be a dancer. Exercises are gentle, we do work body strength and build physical perseverance.
  • Busy bees needing the convenience of time
  • Small class sizes, so that I can coach and correct each student with detail.
  • Private classes, one-on-one available too. Contact Tania to schedule, and tailor to your needs.

General Schedule

  • Sundays: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
  • All times indicated are Singapore time. (Students are welcomed to join internationally)
  • The above is a general schedule. A couple of days have variations, so do check the time of the class before you book.
