Event description
Harness the power of SpotlightPROFILE - a simple yet effective tool to help you draw out the best from your people.

About this Event

What is SpotlightPROFILE?

As its name suggests, SpotlightPROFILE is a profiling tool. It firmly embodies the philosophy of adaptability and movement, recognizing that people are multi-faceted, acting and behaving in different ways in different contexts.

As a result of focusing on ‘movement’, we avoid the potential pitfall of labeling or stereotyping behaviors, instead recognizing that whilst it's interesting “where you are”, it's fascinating “where you can get to”.

Spotlight originated from the world of elite sport and is the only profiling tool that captures both ‘behavioral style’ and ‘mindset’, helping individuals and teams to really understand one another and what truly drives our behavior.

What can I expect from this accreditation program?

You will develop an understanding of the Spotlight philosophy, the practical skills, the underpinning theory and research, and how to apply it. After successfully completing the program, you will receive the following:

  • Spotlight practitioner account, allowing you to generate your own client profiles, and access a series of slides, resources and other materials that will help you bring Spotlight to life for you and your team or clients
  • A set of Spotlight cards and table mat
  • 3 free Spotlight profiles to get you started
  • Furthermore, as an accredited Spotlight practitioner, you will have the opportunity to learn about new developments, share experiences with the community of practitioners, and hone your skills at refresher days.
  • Official certificate from Mindflick® and accredited Spotlight practitioner status for one year.
