This is a 4-workshop series that exposes young minds to different Science and Tech creations through a hands-on approach that uses different manipulatives.

Workshop 1: Solar Lamp (28 Nov 2020)

Explorers will rediscover how cool solar energy can be! They will then create their own solar lamp for them to bring home.

Workshop 2: Incredible Tanks (5 Dec 2020)

During this workshop, Explorers will be exploring electrical circuits and wheels and axles by making their own tanks. They will then create an obstacle course to explore how friction affects the tank performance!

Workshop 3: Electrify! (12 Dec 2020)

Explorers will rediscover electrical circuits through an electrical toy named Snap Circuits and make their own paper circuit game!

Workshop 4: Simple Machines (19 Dec 2020)

During this workshop, Explorers will learn about simple machines which has made our modern lives easier. They will then design and build a machine to transport goods from one level to another using the concepts they have learned!
