Scope of Attachment

Senior Procurement Officer

a. Define strategic procurement for public officer

b. Research on strategic procurement practices of other public agencies

c. Provide recommendations on how IRAS can adopt strategic procurement

Requirements

- Good writing skills

- Experience with environmental scanning and crafting policy paper

- Familiar with Government IM

This attachment will be with the Revenue & Corporate Services Division.
