Financial institutions like Banks are currently facing headwinds from various sources. There is increasing cost of regulation which is putting a lot of strain on their bottom-line, pressure to reduce balance sheet so that they are not too big to fail and at the same time increase ROE. On the other side there is growing recognition that the industry is ripe for disruption and fintechs are leading the charge. Banks and Bankers are not well known for adapting to change. In this environment how should institutions respond.

Currently manages the wealth advisory for ANZ Bank, Asia in charge of managing the provision of advice and improving customer acquisition and retention. An award winning banker who has worked extensively in financial institutions in US, Singapore and other parts of Asia.
Started his career in technology project management for Metlife, he has experience in product management and business strategy across DBS Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and ABN AMRO Banks.
