Back by popular demand, SuyaSpot will be popping up on Sunday September 25th @ The Bermondsey Yard Cafe, London Bridge.
We have listened to your feedback and our spicy menu remains much unchanged. Are you ready for a second helping? As some of you know, the tickets for the first event sold out pretty darn quickly and we anticipate these to disappear in a similar fashion. So grab them while they're hot because once they're gone, they're gone!
About Suya Spot
If you're of African descent it's more than likely you'll be familiar with Suya and in that case no more words are necessary. If you're not, or haven’t experienced the pleasures of this delicacy then we have a treat in store for you with 'Suya Spot'.
Suya itself is a spice blend perfected over decades by the streetfood vendors that you’ll find amongst the hustle and bustle on the streets of Nigeria, Cameroon, Sudan and several countries on the continent. The aroma of the spice, cooking over succulent pieces of beef or chicken, draws punters from sunrise to sunset.
In ‘Suya Spot’, we have created a pop up experience that not only centers around a Suya infused menu but that also gives you a snapshot of Afro street food culture.
Our second one day pop up back by popular demand will be on Sunday 25th September @ Bermondsey Yard Café.
If you are a fan of great food and good music, this is for you!
Corn on the cob
***Our man in the kitchen, Tobi will also be turning 26 on the 26th, so come along and celebrate with him, nothing will make him happier than seeing your beautiful faces stuffed with his favourite food!***
