About this event
Teach For America Greater New Orleans invites you to our Policy Fellowship Pitch Event. Please join us on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the TFA GNO Offices. Nine Teach For America fellows will share their visions for the future of education policy impacting the Greater New Orleans community.
Fellows have gone through a six month program and have had the opportunity to explore and learn about civil rights in New Orleans, the current landscape of our education system, and the specific aspects of the policy work that impacts our students and schools.
Each fellow has researched and drafted a policy solution for a different problem facing our community. They are excited to share their plans with you in a four-minute pitch.
