The Anna Alliance - AWARE Managing Harassment Workshop

Sexual harassment involves threatening, abusive or insulting words, behaviours or communications of a sexual nature. The growing ‘Me Too’ and ‘Time’s Up’ movement worldwide spurred this initiative, and it is time we visit and address the issue right here at home.

In collaboration with AWARE, this 2-hour session brings together F&B industry representatives, from female Head Chefs, to kitchen cooks, bartenders and servers - on how we can make the industry a safer work space for women and men.

What can we do to make the work environment a space where everyone who are afraid to speak up should they encounter harrassment, who can they approach, how will the relevant department handle such sensitive issues? All that and more will be addressed during the session, conducted by our guest speaker from AWARE, Ms. Susanna Nickalls.
