Event description

Description

The initial movements begin with the hand grabbing hold of the toe, extending to a roll onto the stomach that leads to a ‘four-legged’ posture before finally straightening out again. These are the steps that punctuate the process of learning how to walk. They constitute the foundations of neurological organization and identity construction and they promote the development of language and thought.

This course is an introduction of the sequence of the initial movements that lay the foundation for walking. Impact on proprioception, structure, the senses, and neurological organization.

COURSE ACHIEVEMENTS

During this course, you will get an individual walking assessment & examination of your plantar support and, an introduction of techniques:

  • for facilitating the cortical integration of archetypal movements,
  • for improving plantar support, posture, step dynamic and joint freedom in everyday gestures.
  • The multi-dimensional voice*
  • Nutripuncture®
  • Practicing the 5 archetypal movements

This Professional training suitable for Osteopaths, psychomotor therapist, kinesiologists, speech therapists, … but also for dancers, actors, athletes, coaches…0r anyone who wants to:

  • Experience the positive effects of the archetypal movements on cellular vitality in terms of posture, proprioception, and the senses.
  • Optimize lateralization, the body map, and motor coordination by practicing the gestures that speak the language of the body.
  • Learn about interactions between the joints, the organs, the 5 senses, as well as many other things about the body and its memories.

COURSE STRUCTURE

1st Day – Practice of the 3 first archetypal movements:

  • 1st movement, for breaking-in the legs: its interactions within the complexity of the body, in the awakening of proprioception and in the process of learning how to walk.
  • 2nd movement, for opening the pelvis: its interactions within the complexity of the body, in the awakening of proprioception and in the process of learning how to walk.
  • 3rd movement, for breaking-in the arms: its interactions within the complexity of the body, in the awakening of proprioception and in the process of learning how to walk.
  • A personalized program of movements to be practiced.

2nd Day – Practice of the 4th & 5th archetypal movements:

  • 4th and 5th movements, for leg/arm coordination: their interactions within the complexity of the body, in the awakening of proprioception and in the process of learning how to walk.
  • Recapitulation of the 5 initial archetypal movements.
  • Individual walking analysis: postural assessment, static and dynamic.
  • The practice of the 7 other archetypal movements that prepare bipedal walking and cross-walking.
  • Rhythmic sequence of the 12 movements: the rhythm of breathing and rhythms of the archetypes.
  • Using Nutripuncture® and multidimensional voices* in the integration of the archetypes.
* Pluridimensional voices stimulate the activity of the cerebral, somesthetic and sensory areas. Their impact on neuroplasticity promotes the integration of the archetypal movements. For more information please visit www.human-voice.fr

ABOUT NUTRIPUNCTURE®

Fully recognized as a well-being profession in Europe, Nutripuncture is a tool to support vitality and improve quality of life for many people around the world. Through our life experiences, we are exposed to numerous stimuli and stressors that affect the flow of information in our body and can disturb cell communication.

Nutripuncture works with the body’s energetic meridians like acupuncture and acupressure–but without needles or pressure points. Combining traditional Chinese medicine with organic chemistry, the latest understanding of DNA, and cellular nutrition, Nutripuncture uses mineral complexes to supply microcurrents of reinforcing energy to the body’s information pathways and organ systems. It acts directly on cellular communication and exchanges, and it strengthens the circulation of information necessary for self-regulation of the body, providing rapid, targeted results.

By focusing on the life energy within our cells and balancing and nourishing the meridians, Nutripuncture accelerates our innate self-healing abilities to overcome illness, relationship conflicts, and many other physical, emotional, and mental stressors–often with rapid results.

Nutripuncture® is a holistic modality combining Western science discoveries and the oriental traditional approach to health and wellness. It was discovered by French medical doctor, Dr Veret, in the 80’s. His researches led him to some amazing discoveries about cellular communication, and how information traveling in the human body through the cells and the energetical system of vital currents, can be regulated with the use of trace minerals.
