If being right is enough to make others do what we want them to do, life would be a paradise free of stress, confrontation, and frustration.
This course aims to enable the participants to learn skills, which can be defined and taught, to persuade the other person to change the answer from a ‘NO’ to a ‘YES’.
Learning Outcomes – You will be able to:
• Listen actively with empathy to the other person’s feelings and taking the cause of those feelings seriously.
• Describe and explain your own feelings frankly and assertively without attacking the other person.
• Handle ideas creatively rather than destructively.
• Understand the techniques of cashless digital cash transactions and take measures to manage risks.
Trainer Profile:
Mr Ching Kwock Wing has over 20 years of expertise in corporate strategies, governance, product planning and management, sales & marketing, business development and customer relations management. He has been also lecturing in universities and conducted numerous training seminars throughout China. Kwock Wing obtained his Master of Science, Industrial Engineering and was a recipient of the prestigious Colombo Plan Scholarship of the British Commonwealth.
