A Fish Out of Water is a 90-minute Taiwanese feature film by new wave director, 賴國安, will premiere in Singapore at The Enabling Festival 2019. The film revolves around a family with an unusual child who claims to have memories of his former life. It touches on how people cope with dementia, the meaning of family and the value of memories.
