Event description
Join our psychologist, Beata Justkowiak, to learn how to cope with stress and anxiety, and what their symptoms are.

About this Event

Stress, anxiety, and even depression are all emotions that we spend most of our time trying to avoid or cure. Although it is healthy to let go of these things to a certain extent, it is also important to learn to listen to what these things are trying to tell us as well. Life is all about balance.

Is anxiety ruling your life?

It seems like many people nowadays are quite willing to share that they’re having a panic attack, that they experience high level of stress and it’s creating imbalance.

Yet, it’s still very common to silently suffer from anxiety and other related conditions.

Did you know that people who are highly sensitive to light, noise, crowds and easily pick up other’s emotions may be at higher risk of developing an anxiety or panic disorder, especially when their sensitivity is not appreciated or supported early in childhood?

Find out in this workshop:

  • How to work with symptoms
  • When it’s time to let go of anxiety and when it’s time to listen to it
  • Three unconventional strategies for coping with stress and anxiety

Why Mental Training?

The mind-body connection is a very powerful one. For everything you think in your mind, your body has a reaction, regardless of whether it is real or imagined.

For example, have you ever had a bad dream? Usually, you will wake up and your heart is racing, you are sweating and very agitated, even though all you were doing was sleeping. But, in your mind there was something bad going on and your body was reacting to it.

Join us for this third workshop of the Mind Training series!

Beata Justkowiak - ex-athlete, qualified Psychologist and passionate Life Coach. She transforms the way we think, work, exercise and live. Beata listens well, and people value her intuitive approach and progressive attitude.
