Are you held back by subpar performances and not reaching your full potential? Do you feel like you have much more to give and deliver? 

Drawing upon close to 20 years of operating in high performance domains, we will share what we've learnt about the subject of peak performance with a special focus on the mindfulness-based stress reduction approach. 

In this session, we will cover:

  • the concept of mindfulness, its contemporary origins, and how it differs from traditional psychological approaches, e.g. Cognitive-Based Therapy (CBT).
  • why Mindfulness is so powerful?
  • the link between Flow and Mindfulness
  • practice the 3 key attitudes of mindfulness to peak performance. 

This session is for those who are interested in mindfulness across the domains of sports, corporate and life/well-being. In addition, it serves as an essential primer to the formal 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program and the 4-week Mindfulness-Based Performance Enhancement (MBPE) program.

Those who might find this session relevant include executive leaders, HR practitioners, corporate and sport athletes and essentially anyone who has a stake in harnessing peak performance.

Who is the trainer?

Han Ee is a peak performance coach and mindfulness instructor, who has trained under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn and the Oasis Institute. He works with executives, athletes and military personnels to nurture both flow experiences and a champion's mindset that enhance bottom-line results. Han Ee believes that peak performance or being in the flow is underpinned by mindfulness, an action-learning mindset and mental agility.
