THE NADAGIKU SERIES (1910) SAKE DINNER

From one of the youngest and most talented master sake brewers in Japan, come the Nadagiku series of hand crafted sakes. As an extremely small batch artisanal producer, Nadagiku sakes are highly sought after and hard to come by even in Tokyo, so we are extremely privileged to be able to showcase them at this special dinner.

Made with only the best locally grown sake rice such as Yamadanishiki or Hyogo Yumenishiki, and aged for up to 18 months in strictly regulated low temperature conditions, these sakes are both elegant and provocative at the same time so we worked closely with the culinary director of Savourworld to create this extraordinary 5 course pairing menu that would do them justice.
