Organised annually by Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), The Singapore HR Awards celebrate leading organisations and HR practitioners in their drive for impactful human capital strategies. One of SHRI’s signature events, it serves as an excellent platform to promote and recognise excellence within the HR profession in Singapore by highlighting leading organisational HR practices and individuals (CEOs, HR Leaders, HR Business Partners and Professionals).
OBJECTIVES OF THE AWARDS
Each year, leading HR trailblazers and people management practices are honoured at the Singapore HR Awards, and new benchmarks and standards for the HR profession developed. Each Award is a distinctive recognition by SHRI to mark the successes and accomplishments of people managers.
Through the Awards, SHRI strives to equip people managers for their increasingly critical responsibility as Singapore enters its next phase of transformation, and reinforce the importance of developing our most important asset (human capital), so that we can continue to have an innovative and resilient workforce on the global stage.
The annual Presentation Gala provides a platform for the HR fraternity to come together and celebrate their achievements, showcase successful HR initiatives and build a sense of shared identity and purpose.

The Awards enable HR professionals and organisations to share and showcase successful experiences and initiatives so that best practices can be adopted and/or adapted to meet different business needs.

Assesment Process
Singapore HR Awards winners are not conferred awards by nomination and automatic qualification, but are assessed across a set of stringent criteria by a panel of distinguished industry leaders.

How to get to Distrii
By MRT
- Alight at Raffles Place MRT station (nearest MRT station to Distrii)
- Exit via Exit E
- Turn right after you exit the station
- Cross D’almeida Street to the opposite side of the road *do take note of any traffic
- Walk straight, past the lobby of Republic Plaza 1 till you see Hans im Gluck German Burger Grill (ground floor)
- Look for the entrance of Distrii on your right
- As you enter the lobby of Distrii, take the stairs or lift to Level 2
