Join us for the 2022 finale of the Singapore Poetry Slam where we will be playing our own version of ‘Survivor.’ Local slam contestants have volunteered to be marooned at Blu Jaz Cafe for a special WEDNESDAY night event. Who will be the last poet standing? Five judges from the tribe will speak, and the winner takes home $50 plus a Chocoelf hamper worth $100. The audience also competes in a Survivor Quiz for another $100 Chocoelf hamper. Who qualifies to attend? Post-pandemic survivors, competitors from the corporate jungle, those who want to share stories about wins and losses in love, not to mention warriors fighting personal health battles. In short, all and everyone. Our partner for this event is the Society for Men’s Health, an organisation that fosters friendship, understanding and mutual encouragement for healthy living. This month’s sponsor Chocoelf creates delicious, yet healthy chocolate delights featuring local flavours created in Singapore.
