Are you ready to SWEAT, STRETCH & MEDITATE in this unique experience that combines movement and meditation?

Do you want to start your weekend feeling light, refreshed and ready to hit the ground running?

HASIKO is coming to London for the first time!

You will start with the HASIKO FLOW. A 60 minutes class designed by our founders as a workout for your body and mind.

After the class there will be time to connect, share and chat while tasting some delcious recipes from our Nourish by HASIKO program created by top nutritionist Rose Glover.

Each ticket includes the HASIKO FLOW taught by our Co-Founders, a light brunch created by our nutritionist, Rose Glover, and US$50 off any online HASIKO experience.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket, jumper or shawl for the meditation.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class to register and find a location for your mat as we expect it to be busy.

WHAT IS THE HASIKO FLOW?

The HASIKO FLOW was created by our Founders as a holistic mind and body routine to start the day off well. Although it can be done any time of the day. It follows our magic formula SWEAT, STRETCH and MEDITATE all in just 60 minutes. What happens on the mat is just the start though and the impact can be felt as you move back into the real world feeling light and refreshed.

1. SWEAT
The HASIKO FLOW starts with low impact strength training to release endorphins that combat those stress chemicals and calms our nervous system. By tapping back into our bodies we can begin to train the mind! Don't worry it's not too sweaty!

2. STRETCH
Our bodies store tension and stress that we are not even aware of. Through the second part of the class we work on releasing tension while staying still within the stretches. We will also practice staying present to the sensations in our bodies and noticing our breath.

3. MEDITATE
Many people find it difficult to 'quieten' their mind during meditation which is why need the first 40 minutes to fully embrace the final part… the meditation. The best part of this type of meditation is it can be done lying down. This allows you to fully let go and drift into a deep state of relaxation.

WHAT IS NOURISH BY HASIKO?

Nourish by HASIKO is all about looking after yourself from the inside out. We want you to take a mindful approach towards eating which starts with knowledge and awareness not sacrifice and guilt. While this is not a diet or calorie-controlled meal plan, we do care about the science-backed benefits of food and nutrition which is why we teamed up with top London-based nutritionist, Rose Glover. If you are armed with WHY you are eating certain foods and avoiding others then it's much easier for new neural pathways to be created in your brain, creating healthy habits for the future.
