What you will learn:

  • An in-depth view of the key elements of Rewards Design. Session will explain how to organize Reward Elements to get to desired business outcomes. Participants will be trained in Job Evaluation and the training will conclude with exercises to develop capability in a proprietary job evaluation tool.
  • Approach and methodology to manage pay and benefits, including annual merit pay process and benchmarking. Guidance on optimal approaches to match business circumstances, including tips on benchmarking and interpreting results.
  • A comprehensive orientation to the Incentive Design Process, and exercises to build proficiency for commonly occurring incentive programs like annual incentive, sales incentives, retention bonus and long term incentive plan design.

Subeer Bakshi is the Regional Leader - South East Asia for Rewards Consulting and is based in Singapore. Additionally, he heads the team that provides HR consulting services in Singapore. He assists clients by advising them on approaches that align their business strategy with human capital strategy. He specializes in the area of Performance and Rewards. Subeer started his career with Cognizant, a technology major and has worked for Mercer and KPMG prior to joining Willis Towers Watson.
