The popular Teochew steamed Png Kueh and Soon Kueh, are back on the menu! Learn this home-perfected recipe over the years.

Due to repeated request by students, we are pleased to include this class back on the lesson list this year.

Course Content:

  • Introduction to the basic ingredients for the dough and fillings.
  • Dough making
  • Fillings making
  • Learn manual wrapping and use mould
  • Steaming process
  • Demo on Yam filling for traditional Ang Tou Kueh
  • Demo on dipping chilli sauce
  • Troubleshoot and fix kueh
