Mental Health is increasingly garnering attention as it is critical to our ability and capacity to function, to enjoy life and relationships, and in personal development.

Transition is a constant in life as we move through seasons of growth. However, a side-effect of transition and change brings about stress that can be debilitating or drains one of their energy.

Tan Sok Ngin, Student Support & Career Services, Temasek Polytechnic

Tan Sok Ngin is TP Senior Manager from Student Support & Career Services, overseeing a team of professional counsellors.

She has been a counsellor for about 10 years and has worked with various stakeholders on youth mental wellness matters such as parents, tutors, school leaders and community partners. Prior to that, she was a youth worker helping youths with leadership and character development.
