This holistic philosophy is at the heart of Tula - an upcoming urban retreat that Yoga in Common and MASE Lifestyle have collaborated to create for those seeking to go within. Tula is intended to immerse every part of you in a state of deep embodied presence and balance.
Our curated itinerary of nurturing yoga and sound healing sessions in this half day retreat will bathe you in a state of calmness in the tranquil and inviting YIC space. Lovely YIC teacher Cat Borgstrom will be on hand to guide you in an introspective hatha class as well as a recuperative Restorative practice - enhanced by crystals, candles, and essential oils. We will end our yoga practice with a blissful sound bath with Mae.
Your body will be nourished with a hearty and healthy lunch spread that includes delicious Probiotic beverages to rejuvenate your gut microbiome and revitalize your body as a whole.
Experience the magic of the Mind-Body-Space method with MASE Lifestyle’s founder, Mae. During the retreat, expect to delve deep into the details of the Mind-Body-Space method with Mae herself, accompanied by a panel of other wellness experts, who will introduce you to tools and practices to further enrich both your inner and outer space so that you can live with ease, balance and harmony.
Our retreat participants will be treated to a welcome bag with gifts that will help you on your wellness journey. One lucky participant will also receive a lucky draw prize to have a private sound healing session with Mae.
Programme:
10am - 10:30am Welcome & Intro to Mind Body Space Method
10.30-11.30 Hatha for the Chakras with Crystals.
Join Cat and Mae to learn about the energetic properties of Mase Lifestyles crystals and how they can help balance the chakras as well as compliment our lives with their positive, uplifting, energetic and calming vibrations. Cat will then guide you through a gentle Hatha flow focusing on each Chakra area. Gradually opening and connecting the body, mind and spirit.
11:30am - 12:45pm A wholesome lunch with our teachers and our wellness pop-up and product information experts.
Enjoy a probiotic drink at lunch.
12:45pm - 1pm Welcome Back
1pm - 2pm - Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils, Himalayan Salt products.
Join Cat for Restorative Yoga by Candlelight. Learn about this deeply relaxing practice for the mind and body . In Restorative yoga we learn to be supported by props that in turn allow the body to soften and ease. Balancing the nervous system and releasing tension. Restorative yoga helps boost the immune system and develops compassion and understanding to oneself that we can then share with others. Enjoy the practice enhanced with Himalayan Salt Lamps and Essential Oils.
2:15-3:15pm Release, Recharge and Realign
Join Mae for an hour of meditative soundscape journey where participants will be guided through a short relaxation exercise before the 40 minute Singing Bowl Sound bath in Shavasana pose. Experience the healing sound frequencies and vibrations from the hand hammered Tibetan singing bowls that help slow down your brain waves and ease you into a deeply restorative state.
3:15pm - 4pm Sharing circle, Q & A and Closing
A lucky participant will win a personal sound healing session with Mae.
