About the organiser
TwerkFit is a fun, intense workout incorporating twerk moves. The basic techniques are taught and a series of choreographed routines are performed every session. We then finish with our own mini- sexy routine to combine the dance elements. Guaranteed to feel good and sweat. All levels are welcome in this an inclusive environment. Classes are held every wednesday and only costs $10!
