Mediation is essentially an extension of a negotiating process settlement of the issues in dispute which includes a neutral third party who is knowledgeable in effective negotiation procedures that can assist and help people in conflict. A mediator also assists the disputants to reach and co-ordinate their activities. By having a mediator who contributes new variables and dynamics to the interaction of the disputants, the negotiation can be more effective.
A mediator facilitates communication between disputants so they can more clearly understand their differences and craft a mutually acceptable settlement, but has no power to impose a decision upon the parties.
UCMHP explores the inner workings of the human behavioural mind; how we think, how we develop our desires, goals and fears and how we motivate ourselves, make connections, and give meaning to our life experiences. UCMHP is like the ‘user’s manual’ for the mind, and allows us to use the universal language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes in three domains: personal, interpersonal and social or institutional.
This workshop is an introduction to a system for understanding the dynamics of personal growth and personality development, using the universal language and concepts developed by Mr Bernard Yeo, a researcher, founder, and master trainer of Human Profiling. The methodology integrates with, Pythagoras Theory, NLP and DISC Profiling and this unique personality system is simple, instant, accurate and easy to access. There is no questionnaires asked or test to be taken. Thus, there is no element of self-bias and guesswork.
