Description

Programme Overview

Achieving RICS status is a prestigious and internationally recognised professional qualification that has a number of commercial benefits. As such, gaining RICS membership takes a lot of dedication and hard work.

To make sure you gain membership and access to all its benefits, this half-day course will cover the whole of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process and is designed to demonstrate to trainees, what happens during the process and what is needed to achieve membership.

Course Structure

The APC Process: The course will guide delegates through each stage of the APC process, giving practical guidance on RICS requirements, practical tips and useful insights for trainees, supervisors and counsellors.

Principles of the Case Study: An overview of the case study is included in this course to give delegates an understanding of its purpose and how to prepare it.

Principles of the Final Assessment: The course also gives an overview of the Final Assessment, how it operates and what is required.
