Event description

Description

This free-of-charge event is part of a research study that examines the effects of a 2-hour nature immersion experience on elements of psychological well-being such as heart rate, mood, and connectedness to nature. Participation will involve 3 hours of your time and includes a nature immersion session while wearing a heart-rate wrist-tracker and 2 sets of questionnaires (one before and one after the nature immersion). Participants will receive a small gift in appreciation and gratitude.

Our event location is at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Pond Park.

Note: Exact meetup location will be sent to you in the confirmation and reminder email after you have registered for the event. The project manager, Ms Pei Yi Lim, is managing event sign-ups and correspondence.

This project is co-funded by JCU Singapore and the LearnSG Seed Fund. Every Day, A Learning Day.
