About this event
Hello residents of Tampines, Seshy is bringing a variety of workouts to Tampines Park! There are HIIT, Dance/Latin and Yoga to help you get moving after a long day sitting at your desk.
The sessions are beginner-friendly and will be led by experienced trainer.

If you are booking through Eventbrite, please take note that the classes are respective to the days scheduled in the image below.
Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.
Please bring your own yoga mat for the yoga classes.
Lessons will be conducted at 147A Multi-Purpose Hall in Tampines Park as shown in the picture below.
