About this event
We all have habits that we'd rather be free from - those that cause us pain and problems, and that adversely impact the other people in our life. It can sometimes feel as though it's almost impossible to break free from these habits, but nothing could be further from the truth!
Through Buddha's teachings we can learn to understand why we fall into the trap of developing bad habits and consequently how we can let go of them. Through systematically training in meditation we can gradually gain the power to achieve peace of mind more and more of the time, leading to the happiness, peace and freedom that we seek.
