Description

In each session, your coach will take you through specialist RUNITY conditioning exercises and drills to improve your bodies capability to run and improve your running efficiency. Exercises will aim to condition your feet, hips, spine and running skill in ways that will help keep you injury free and running effortlessly. While the exercises will improve your running efficiency the goal is to run pain free at your own pace and have fun.
Everyone is welcome, from someone just beginning their running program to seasoned runners. You will start with a 30-40minutes conditioning exercise session at our Raffles Place studio, followed by a group run around Marina Bay. The run is at your own pace and for a distance you feel you are up to. At any time you can head back to studio for a quick shower!
