Centres will be closed from 24-27 Dec 2020 & 31 Dec 2020-3 Jan 2021.

Wellness Club Rules:

1. You can only purchase 1 ticket for the month of December at $20/mth.

2. Each ticket allows you to attend the sessions on a weekly basis at the selected time slot.

3. You must bring your own water bottle & towel. No drinking water & food shall be provided at our centre.

4. Do not attend if you feel unwell, have coughs or a cold, even if you do not have a fever.

5. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. If the senior needs help physically, the helper/family member can join FOC.

Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.
