Bringing you a weekly series of physical wellness activities to keep your mind and body in shape.

About this event

In conjunction with Paperwork's mental wellness initiative — Reframe, recharge & reset!

We're partnering with The Wellness Quo  — whose simple mission is to empower others to get back in the driver's seat of their wellbeing, by bringing you a variety of physical wellness activities every Wednesday from  27th October to 15th December 2021. 

Look forward to exploring different forms of physical activities from yoga to pilates to meditation!

Due to safety distancing measures and space constraints, we are limited to 10 pax per session.

Price: Free (Paperwork & NDC Tenants) / $10 (Public)*

27th October (06:00pm to 07:00pm): Nutrition Talk (15min) & 45 min HIIT by Kimberly

10th November (06:00pm to 06:30pm): Meditation & breathwork by Pamposh

24th November (06:00pm to 06:30pm): Sound healing by Joey

Rest of the dates and activities are TBC
