Do you understand hunger?


Without true understanding of the different types of hunger we have and the effects it has on us physically or emotionally, it is difficult for us to make wise food choices, exercise good dietary habits and truly enjoy the process of eating.


Join Australian-trained Naturopath and Nutritionist Tiffany Wee in this experiential workshop where she shares with us NINE different types of hunger to help us discover what we are really hungry for.


Through a variety of mindfulness techniques that include eating exercises and guided meditations, we will learn how to use our body cues to cleverly guide our food selections, and eat moderate amounts without guilt.


It’s time to tune in to our inner wisdom to make satisfying and nourishing food choices. With one mindful bite at a time, we can finally have our cake, not just eat it, but truly savour it.
