Talk Synopsis: The Buddha taught us the Four Noble Truths: the truth of suffering; the truth of the cause of suffering; the truth of the cessation of suffering; the truth of the path leading to the cessation of suffering. In this session, we start off with a brief overview of the first two Noble Truths, and then discuss the Third Noble Truth—cessation of suffering.

About the Speaker: Brother Hun Tong attended TMBS’s 9th Chinese Dharma Class and has been teaching the English Dharma Class since 1995. He is a professor at Nanyang Technological University, where he is also the staff advisor of the NTU Buddhist Society. He enjoys the dharma, and enjoys sharing it.
