About this Event

What is World Sleep Day?

World Sleep Day - an annual event launched by the World Sleeping Day Committee of the World Association of Sleep Medicine (WASM) to raise awareness of the importance of sleep & sleep quality. The objectives of the event are arousing public attention to sleep, caring for sleep, clarifying the relationship between sleep and health, and alarming the public that there are serious problems in our sleep.
