About this event

Experience calm and meditative inner and outer worlds through Yin Yoga on a sound journey with the Himalayan singing bowls. Yin Yoga with the healing vibration from Sound Bath is a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. Unwind with a deep guided session to release tightness and tension stored in the body, leading you to a journey of release, letting go, surrender and healing.

The session starts off with a traditional Yin Yoga practice with slow gentle movements and long-held postures that work on deep connective tissues to open up the body. It softens tight muscles with a positive stress on the tissues, which activates a physiological response that repairs, maintains and strengthens tissue health. Enjoy a therapeutic stretching session with calming of the mind. Rest and relax to the healing sounds of singing bowls at the end of session with savasana, moving the brain into deeper brain wave frequencies, inducing meditative and peaceful states that allow for clarity of mind and intuition.
