Yin Yoga is a quiet practice which holds each pose in a relaxed way for 3 to 5 minutes. It targets the pelvis and lower back area of our body. Yin suggests moving towards the earth and it is a grounding practice for both the body and mind. In creating space for the hips and lower back, one has more stability and comfort when taking a meditative pose.
Every Thursday from 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm for 10 sessions on :

Bring your own yoga mats and come in loose comfy clothes. Limited space available. Minimum 20 participants to start the class.
Course fee : BF members $70; non-members $80.
