Join Mekhala to explore Yoga in a foundational and systematic way


We will be learning Yoga under the classical system of Sivananda Yoga. The 8 sessions course will provide you with a very structured way to understand and learn Yoga progressively.

A home practise guidebook is given to assist you in developing a home practice.

We have a small class of maximum 6 attendees. Students will be given more attention by the teacher.

About the Teacher

Mekhala is a Singapore Sivananda Yoga Teacher and a student of Buddhism. She has been practising Sivananda Yoga since 2007 and Vipassana Meditation since 2009. Mekhala follows the classical ways of conducting Yoga by emphasising on the importance of breathing and relaxation technique on top of the poses.
