Description

Learn proven techniques to reduce stress and experience a calm state of mindfulness while strengthening the physical body and bringing flexibility back to the spine. Students report sharper mental focus, lower blood pressure, reduced irritability and more positive outlook after every 60-minute practice session.

S$35 per student per class. Payment can be made in cash at the studio.
