About this Event
A multi level practice is suitable for beginner and regular practitioner. If you have any medical condition, do consult your doctor and let me know beforehand :)
Exact location will be informed upon registration.
Mats are provided and you are encouraged to BYOM .
** A mat towel layered onto studio mat is REQUIRED (for hygiene purpose)
