We will focus on breathing & stretches to relax our muscles and chase those Covid-19 blues away! 我们将专注于呼吸练习和伸展运动,以放松肌肉来驱散 Covid-19 带来的压力!

About this event

Yoga Wellness Session (Online)

Date: 18th December 2021 (Saturday)

Time: 2pm – 3pm

Cost: Free-of-charge

Instructor: Sis Tan Hui Yim

Things to Prepare:

Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes

Health Advisory:

If at any time you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture, sit down and rest.

Persons with the following conditions should not take part in this activity:-

  • Heart conditions
  • Recent surgery or other conditions that may be aggravated by this activity

If you are unsure whether or not you should partake in this activity, please consult your doctor.

You are aware that you are participating in this activity at your own risk. In the event of accident or injury due to whatever cause, you will not hold The Mahaprajna Buddhist Society and its volunteers responsible nor bring a claim against The Mahaprajna Buddhist Society and its volunteers.
